Orange Travel Guide
Welcome to Orange, CA!
Many people have heard of Orange County because of Disneyland Resort and Knott's Berry Farm, but this region of Southern California also includes the city of Orange. Orange lies 32 mi (51 km) southeast of Los Angeles and is close to Interstate 5, the Santa Ana Freeway. Sitting at the core of the city is the original one-mile square, known as Old Towne Plaza. The Plaza contains many original homes and buildings and is the focal point for street fairs and parades. Families flock to Van's Skate Park, which offers indoor skateboarding and is located at the Block at Orange outdoor shopping center. The Orange County Zoo is located in Irvine Regional Park, and nearby attractions include the Richard Nixon Library Museum and Birthplace and the Victorian Bridal Museum. Accommodations, restaurants, bars, shopping and nightlife round out the list of tourist amenities on offer here.
